2. Subject of the Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and provision of tourism services purchased electronically through travelcoming.com, including but not limited to accommodation, tours, transfers, package tours, and related travel services.
3. Service Information and Pricing
- The type, scope, dates, inclusions, and total price of the purchased service are displayed to the Buyer before payment and confirmed electronically.
- All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are completed via credit/debit card through secure payment infrastructure.
4. Performance of the Service
- The service will be provided on the date(s) selected by the Buyer and under the conditions stated on the relevant service page.
- The Seller may make necessary changes due to force majeure (including but not limited to weather conditions, government decisions, strikes, supplier issues, and operational necessities).
- If any change is required, the Buyer will be informed through available communication channels.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Very Important)
In accordance with consumer protection rules, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation, transportation, car rental, leisure, and tourism services provided on a specific date or period.
The Buyer acknowledges and accepts this condition.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the purchased service and are stated on the relevant service page.
- If a refund is approved, it is processed through the same payment method used by the Buyer.
- Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect on the Buyer’s account depending on the bank and payment service provider.
7. Payment and Security
- Payments are processed via secure systems using SSL encryption.
- The Seller does not store or record the Buyer’s card information.
- The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate payment details and ensuring card authorization.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
In case of disputes, Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction.
9. Acceptance and Entry into Force
By completing the payment on travelcoming.com, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement.
